Hello my fellow avoider. Happy New Year ! I came across your blog because I too was thinking that it might help. I think your enteries are great. I am gonna give it a whirl and see how things go. I dont know who would really care about a middle age woman whos life has become the rerun of chicken little. The sky is falling ,the sky is falling when I know darn well its not. But my body goes on red alert. Oh how many things I have missed because I ” thought” something might happen. Well wish me luck
